Este preferabil ca semnarea antecontractului s\u0103 se fac\u0103 \u00een prezen\u021ba avoca\u021bilor no\u0219tri. Antecontractul are o importan\u021b\u0103 deosebit\u0103, deoarece prin semnarea lui \u00een\u021belegerea dintre p\u0103r\u021bi cap\u0103t\u0103 valoare juridic\u0103, iar dac\u0103 o parte dore\u0219te s\u0103 nesocoteasc\u0103 aceast\u0103 \u00een\u021belegere, cealalt\u0103 parte se poate adresa cu succes instan\u021bei de judecat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasul<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al patrulea pas este semnarea contractului de v\u00e2nzare-cump\u0103rare final \u00een fa\u021ba notarului public (fie la alegerea dvs., fie \u2013 \u00een cazul \u00een care nu ave\u021bi o preferin\u021b\u0103 \u2013 la un notar partener al biroului nostru), \u00een prezen\u021ba avoca\u021bilor no\u0219tri.
